How we test this website

We use an automated tool, Siteimprove accessibility checker, to check the accessibility of our website every five days. We routinely carry out manual checks on a proportion of our pages and documents to identify issues that can't be detected automatically. The supplier of this portal reviews the application code on a regular basis to ensure that any reported issues have been picked up and addressed or scheduled for forthcoming releases. The supplier ensures that there base application configuration addresses all Level A and AA reported issues. The supplier uses a mixture of the Wave plugin for chrome, SortSite and aXe tool for analysing the application performance and auditing purposes.

What we're doing to improve accessibility

We aim to fix any issues that are identified by our testing as soon as possible. If a prompt fix is not possible, we will plan a longer-term solution to address the issue.
